My wife ordered the ProFlight Simulator for my anniversary in September. She ordered the product plus the 4 DVD's for a total of $145.60 Before ordering we checked what the requirements were for the computer to run the simulator. It had at least the minimum requirements. As my computer is older, it runs Windows XP professional. Their website said that it works with windows 7,8, 10 as well as Windows XP. When I got the simulator I tried to download to my computer and it would not work. I had an IT specialist come try to help and he told me it would not work as windows XP is 32 bit and the software of the simulator is 64 bit. I asked for my money back. I was told to NOT to contact my bank or Credit Card Company. I was told it should be no more than 3 working days for the refund to be posted. That was 24 days ago and they do not get back to me. So I am sending a claim to my credit card company. Very unhappy with this company. I have been running Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 on this computer for years with out problems.

The are selling a program that is a copy of Flight Gear and keeping all the profits, also Proflight Simulator does not work on many machines. They warranty their product but they do not stand behind their warranty at all. It's a very well marketed product that does not work for many who purchased it. ","neg-1

I purchased on line a 4 DVD program called Pro flight Simulator Suite for $97.00. The company advertises a refund within 60 days if not satisfied. The product will not operate as advertised and I cannot use it. I have sent numerous e mails to the customer support section requesting instructions on how I can return DVDs and receive my refund. I have not received any replys at all from Pro Flight Simulator and would request that any help in obtaining my refund. I have had the product less than 2 weeks.
