We are very disappointed with the installation ProFloors did for a vinyl floor in our bonus room last summer (XXXX) The new floor is uneven and bumpy because the underlying floor surface was evidently not prepared properly They had told us prior to installation that the new floor would be smooth because they had a special surface preparation that they laid down before the new floor went on top of it When the floor was first laid, they said that the bumps would go away after a couple of weeks and if they didn't go away for us to call them back When the bumps didn't go away and we called them back, they basically said there was nothing they could do about it ('it's just the way the light is shining on the floor' they said) and left This was poor customer service on top of a poor installation We decided to let it slide because it was just a bonus room floor that is only used for an exercise and computer room but we would never let this company do a main floor of the house

We are very disappointed with the installation ProFloors did for a vinyl floor in our bonus room last summer (XXXX). The new floor is uneven and bumpy because the underlying floor surface was evidently not prepared properly. This was poor customer service on top of a poor installation. We decided to let it slide because it was just a bonus room floor that is only used for an exercise and computer room but we would never let this company do a main floor of the house.

Pro Floors Inc. installed flooring that is separating & will not respond to our request for a resolution to the problem.Pro floors Inc. installed flooring on a house we were building for an elderly lady in Raleigh NC in 2014. They installed & supplied the glue used for the installation. Within the first 2 months the flooring started separating & we contacted them to come look at it. We have continued to call or email the company to resolve the problem & we are not getting a response. We are trying to resolve the problem by asking them to meet us at the home & make a repair or redo the flooring. We are in contact with the homeowner.Desired SettlementTry to resolve the problem by coming out to the home of the elderly homeowner & redo or repair the flooring. The labor & glue used for the install was provided by Pro floors Inc. They have not responded our calls or emails.

Canceled project with ProFloors on July 23rd 2016 and asked for our $1996.21 refund. After 30 days we still have not received our refund. My Husband and I have never been treated so poorly by a company before until we decided to get new floors installed in our home by ProFloors. We went into ProFloors on June 6th & ordered laminate flooring to replace over 800sq of floors in our home. The estimated delivery date of our floors was June 20th but by June 21st I had not heard from anybody so I sent an email to [redacted] (the Manager) asking if our floors had been delivered & he said they would be there tomorrow (June 22nd) so we set a date to have our floors installed on Monday, July 18th. I didn't hear anything more about our project so during the week of July 11th I called to make sure everything was still on schedule & was informed that my project date had been moved from Monday July 18th to Wednesday the same week, which was fine but it would have been nice to know. I was told they would be there between 8:30-9:00 Wednesday to start the job, well Wednesday came around & by 10:00am no one was at my house & I had not received a phone call or email from anybody at ProFloors. So I called ProFloors & the Owner, [redacted], answered & said that another project they had been working on that week was behind & they needed to move our install date to Friday/Saturday of the same week. He told me the Project Manager sent me an email the day before (NEVER happened) telling me about the change. NO follow up phone call or effort to make sure I knew about the schedule change was made by ProFloors. He did apologize for the lack of communication. Well Friday came around no one showed up, I got a phone call from [redacted] about 10:00am saying that my flooring had still not come in yet! So all week they had been rescheduling our installation knowing they didn't have our floors & failed to mention to us at all they never came in on June 23rd as we were told. [redacted] said they could come & demo (Friday) & then install our floors on Monday the following week because they were supposed to be coming in that afternoon. At this point my husband called & asked for them to make it right or we wanted or money back. [redacted] said he would talk to [redacted] & get back to us shortly with a decision but my husband had to call again 3 hours later & tell them we just wanted our money back. You would think a company who wanted to keep someone's business (& almost a $4,000 project) would do everything they could to make it right & call us back in a timely manner with a plan to fix it, right? So on Friday, July 22nd we asked for our money back. I can't even count the times my husband had to call up there & talk to [redacted] about our refund (almost $2,000), he kept giving us the run around or [redacted] would answer & say he would have [redacted] call us & he never did ([redacted] has still never followed through with what he said he was going to do, whether it be to call us back or something else). The first week of August their "financial" guy was out of the office on Monday but [redacted] said he would be able to give us an update on our refund by the end of the week, NEVER happened. He then told us we had to pay a 30% restocking fee but he was trying to get it waived by the company...why should we pay when we canceled before they even got our materials in the first place? My husband had to go down there to their office personally asking for a refund check, which they wrote, but told us not to cash until they called my husband & told him it was okay to cash. It is now August 5th & we have still not received a refund for this project & continue to get the run around from [redacted] on when we can expect to get our money back. Meanwhile I have a piece of paper in the form of a check for almost $2,000 that I can't cash & have no work to show for it. We were very respectful & nice with them until they started giving us the run around day after day.UPDATE August 22: We have still NOT received our refund from ProFloors or have been contacted by ANYONE from this company letting us know when we can expect it.Desired SettlementWe would like ProFloors to refund us our $1996.21 deposit we made. They never provided any work to us in order for them to keep this money. We are tired of waiting for them to refund our money. They have not been in communication with us AT ALL since they wrote us a bad check on August 1st 2016.
