We had tried to contact Carolina Mold Experts on many occasionsThey continue to not contact us to resolve this matter and only seem as though they want to defame our company nameOur phone number and email address is clearly on our website to contact us The fact is that we have offered a partial refund that they refused to take and stopped all contact with us

Ms*** has already been issued a refund from her credit card company through the erroneous and falsified charge back she filed claiming there was no work done for her. There were never any copyright infringements due to simple factsShe gave permission to use content and images

Review: In August of 2014, I signed up with Profluent Media. I paid $1,600 for them to create a larger presence for my business, Rocklin's Tutoring Team, on Google and in local search engines on the Internet. They, as far as I can tell, have done nothing. In November, they admitted they hadn't done anything yet. I gave them a Google pin number they needed, and they said they'd start working. Now at the end of January 2015, I still cannot see any changes on the Internet with my business. And since December of 2014, they have stopped returning my calls when I have called for updates.Also, on December 9, 2014, they did an unauthorized charge of $199 on my account. I talked to them then and they said that it was a mistake and they would refund the money. As of January 22, 2015, they have not refunded the money. And that was the last time they returned my call. Since that call in early December, they have not returned any of my calls or any emails that I have left begging for the refund of the $199 and for an update on their activities with my account.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the unauthorized $199, and I would like a refund of the original $1,600 because they will not prove that they have done anything with my account, and I see no changes with my business listings on the Internet.

Review: Paid for website/online store/Facebook page. Only received a logo. Called,emailed and no response. I would like my money returned for services not rendered. I was told to make the another payment of $500.00 and they will show me what they have done. I have already paid them $2449.00 on a logo that I could have done with a cut and paste function.Desired Settlement: I don't trust them and would like a refund.
