I tried the Goodly Tea and it did not do what it said. I called to cancel any further offers and to return the product. when I called the company, they cancel the order and refused to refund the money or allow the product to be returned, instead they wanted to send another product. they promised to send another product that I did not want in lieu of returning my money. I repeatedly said no to the other product. they insisted and that product did not come. The customer service representative statement was they do not refund and there was no such disclaimer on the site when you try the sample product. the product was suppose to be free. It does not matter would like to have my money and they can keep there product.

Other (requires explanation) i would like for the company to refund my money. they don't have to send a free product in lieu of giving me my money. My main concern is to get my money back. I would appreciate it if you could get them to return my money.thank you

We would like to apologize for any confusion with Ms. ***. She stated that it was a free sample and she is absolutely correct. We send out 14 day supplies of our Goodly Tea in order for customers to have an opportunity to test out the tea for free before purchasing any new supply. However, we always allow a trial period alongside this free product allotting the customer some time to decide. It is only once this trial period ends that the customers continue on a monthly plan to receive a full 30 day supply.

According to our records, Ms. signed up for the trial (free 14 day supply) on 8/31/2017 and covered just the shipping and handling cost of $4.97. We extended her trial period due to high order volume until 10/05. We sent an email stating the extension of the trial period as well to: ***@***.com. We also send out tracking emails to make sure customers can track the packages. We have confirmed that they have been delivered to her as well.

We pride ourselves in transparency and making sure that there are multiple checkpoints that completely details the nature of the trial and the monthly program. Most of our customers are all fully aware of this program and are aware that a new shipment would be purchased once the trial ends. However, we do not want any of our customers to be dissatisfied and have issued a full refund of $59.92 for the November supply. Refunds normally take 3 to 10 business days to reflect on the customer's account.

As an additional courtesy we do advise Ms. to keep the shipment and continue using our tea as it has immense benefits. Once again, we want to apologize for any confusion and want to make sure we satisfy all customers.

First we would like to sincerely apologize for ANY confusion and misunderstandings. We always take customer service as our top priority and when you initially called in there must have been some miscommunication. Everything is fully detailed on our websites and all of our customers are normally fully aware of the program. However, we believe this is one of the rare instances where a customer might have misread or overlooked the nature of the program.

We do show on our records that you applied to sample our Goodly Tea on 8/31 and paid the shipping and handling ($4.97) for the 14 day supply. Once the trial period had ended, a new 30 day supply was purchased for $59.92 and shipped on 10/5. We definitely understand that you might have misunderstood the program and again want to apologize for any inconveniences. When you spoke with one of our representatives on 10/25, an RMA was issued and a full refund was credited to you immediately. That refund can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to process due to your card holder's policies. Normally for any refund to be processed the items must be returned and received but as a courtesy we did issue it when you called in to make sure you were satisfied.

Our business takes pride in making sure our customers are fully satisfied and we would not want any of our valued clients to feel as upset as you did. Please be advised ma'am that you can keep the item and save yourself any shipping cost to return the 30 day supply. We would like for you to simply keep the items and possibly give them another opportunity to show their benefits.

This company *** customer service personnel are argumentative, do not listen to customers and talk over the customerespecially Larry!! They have NO RETURN POLICY!!! I was diagnosed with breast cancer the about two days after my trial shipment was received. I felt so bad I had to go in for immediate treatment and only returned home the day after my first regular shipment was received. I called and requested to send the 4 bottles back as I had paid over $120 and couldn't take them as they contained ingredients that would feed/grow cancer. They simply cancelled my account after much arguing and recommended that I throw the product away. This is NOT A GOOD COMPANYtheir customer service is more of a hassle/problemand no one needs that kind of service!!Companies with good products stand behind themand this company does NOT!!

Other (requires explanation) Since their product is harmful to my healththey should take a return especially if I am willing to pay the shipping. But all the customer service reps said was that they would cancel the account and that they had no power to do anything else. Also they said there is only a return during the trial period. I never had a trial period because I was being operated on for cancer. No consideration just a hang up on the phonethat is NOT how a company builds a customer base! Hence this report.

We would like to sincerely apologize about the circumstances that you have had to endure. One of our managers have attempted to contact her to resolve the matter on numerous occasions. Unfortunately she was not available, but given the situation and the health concerns surrounding this concern, we have immediately issued full refunds of $49.92 and $74.90. These refunds should take between 3 to 10 business days to reflect back into your account.

Normally, without the return of the products there would be no credits applied. However, we would never want one of our customers to believe that we did not want to accommodate them. Everything is fully detailed in the website that once the trial period has ended and the sample products have been tested, that a new full supply would be purchased. Without this information being acknowledged and affirmed the samples can not be claimed.

Due to the surgery and the unfortunate events that prevented Ms. from testing our products as well as giving us a call to cancel, we do understand her stance. Thus to rectify this situation and to satisfy Ms. not only will the refunds reflect back in her account, we would like to show our appreciation of her patience. She will not have to return the items because we do not want her to accumulate any shipping expenses.

We take pride in making sure all information is fully detailed and all customers are aware of the program. Any complaints are taken very seriously which is why we would like to make sure that this matter was addressed immediately.
