Proframe Construction

I called Proframe on a wednesday, person#1 answered and said person#2 that handles Alumawood Patio covers is on the other phone line but she can take my information and have person#2 call back. I was not called back on wednesday so I called back the next day and got person#1 again. She told me person#2 had to leave. Person#1 took my information again and scheduled an appointment the next tuesday @6 PM. Tuesday can and went but no one from Proframe showed to give me an estimate. Well two weeks from my thursday call I was called by person#1. At that point I was no longer interested in Proframe. After a few weeks I decided to give Proframe a second chance so on this pass sunday I filled out their contact us form on their website but it is now thursday afternoon and no one has called me.
