Review: Received a TENS unit from this company that I had nothing but trouble with before it quit working completely. Talked with home office a few times but they will do nothing to make this right even though the product has a one year warranty. Progenix says they do not have proper paper work-- as a customer I should not be penalized because they do not take care of their business. Their regional sales person that I did business with will not return my attempts to reach her. She is [redacted], Ohio [redacted], phone ###-###-#### I received this unit last December and started contacting Progenix in the spring. Your help is appreciated.Desired Settlement: I need a TENS unit that I can use. Preferably a different model than the one I have since it has never worked properly. I believe it has some design issues. I just need a reliable unit. It would be nice to have a supplier that I can work with.
