We (Progistics) submitted the check request to the contractor because the invoice submitted was directly from the contractor. Company policy requires the contractor to approve the check request to go directly to the home owner.

No. before my complaint they did not made check out to JCW either but on 1/20 they said they will revise the check payable to me. As of today I haven't received any check from the business yet.I will inform you once I received the check.
