HELLO THERE, I AM WRITING THIS COMPLAINT DUE TO MY CONTINUED FRUSTRATION WITH THIS BUSINESSWE PURCHASED A REAR DIFFERENTIAL FOR OUR [redacted] BACK IN JUNE 13TH OF OUR ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED $$FOR THE PART AND $FOR SHIPPINGSINCE THEN, WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE PART AND NOTHING HAS EVER BEEN RECEIVED FROM THEMWE HAVE CONTACTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON BUT THEY ALWAYS FIND WAYS TO DELAY THE FULFILLMENT OF THE TRANSACTIONIT'S ALWAYS THAT, "WE WILL LOOK INTO IT""WE'LL CHECK OUR INVOICES", AND SO ON WE HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THEIR EXCUSESNOBODY OR NO BUSINESS SHOULD BE TREATED IN THIS MANNERSUCH BUSINESSES SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR PLAYING WITH PEOPLE'S MONEY AND TIMEIT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPARDONABLE THEY ASKED US FOR A BANK STAEMENT SHOWING THE CHARGEWE DID SO, AND STILL THAT WAS NOT ENOUGH FOR THEM TO ISSUE OUR REFUND I HOPE MY COMPLAINT AFFECTS THEM IN THE UTMOST MANNER POSSIBLE THEIR BUSINESS DO

Paid for an [redacted] engine on May 17, and never received the engine which was supposed to take days to receivemonths no engine so I finally decided to just get a refund, but they so called tried times but I never received itso another months I tried to get my money back and they first said the place they ordered it from was going to send them a check then they would call me and then it turned into that place sending it to me which I still never received the refundProgress auto salvage are the ones who gave me the receipt so they should have been the ones to give me the refund

Ordered an engine, paid for the engine, they failed to deliver the engine on timeI have asked for a refund and the purchase priceand have not received my refund

Recently I searched for some parts for a *** ***I found the parts at Progress Auto Salvage in PennsylvaniaI was dealing with a guy named Morgan
I purchased a hood, both fenders, bumper cover, grille and a mirror on 6-19-for $which included shipping costI never did receive an invoice, but I do have bank records from the debit card purchase
I was in contact with Morgan through- out a month period while I put up with his excuses and waited on the parts
On 8-20-I demand a refund
Morgan emailed a Refund form that I filled out and emailed back The form states business days to post to my account
I talked to Morgan on 8-only too be told that the payment was processed by his accountant on 8-
It has now been business days since the payment was supposedly processed and business days since he received the refund form
I have a feeling that I will be driving from Wisconsin to Pennsylvania to settle this matter in court I don't t

On February 3, 2017, we purchased an engine from Progress Auto Salvage The mechanic ordered the engine that was advertised for a GT When the engine arrived, it was not the engine that we ordered and delivery was refused, and the engine was returned to Progress Auto Salvage My son, husband, and mechanic have all talked to Morgan who says he will refund the money, then he says he will refund part of the money He tells us a new lie every time we call to get us off the phone and then does nothing We have to call him from a different phone number because he won't pickup twice from the same number At one point he says we ordered the wrong engine but we did not We want our $back

Stars They are absolute crooks They take payment for parts they don't have, and never deliver DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE I have been robbed by the scam they are operating, and this is not an isolated incident There are many stories like mine on Google reviews
