When I went into the office to make the arranged payment, one of the owners told me that I didn't have to make a payment [redacted] one of the owners told me that I had a three day grace periodI responded to him that the last girl that I spoke to told me that I had to give a $dollar payment to set an arrangementWell the secretary called me back like hours later asking about the payment and I told her everything that [redacted] told meWell at 335pm I receive a call from the "owner" who behaved in a very unprofessional manner by making threats to me that she will pick up the vehicle if the payment was not in the officeI told her everything that the other owner told meShe responded by saying well he gave you wrong information and you have to do what I sayThen I asked why would she have someone who is an owner and for them not to the regulationsAnother major threat at the owner made was that she was going to tell her husband so he can take care of itThen I asked if it

I financed a Chrysler 200 with 35,000 miles on it. When I test drive the car the light was on and I was told they provide a 3 month warranty and will fix anything wrong with the vehicle, I felt reassured so I purchased the vehicle. It's been two months since I got the vehicle and I have been to their mechanic 6 different times about the same issue. Each time they told me they were either ordering the part or still waiting on it. Finally on April 25 the part came in so I took my car. They had it for two days and called when it was ready. The car is now in a worse condition then when I took it. I called to let them know that my mechanic said the problem still existed and their mechanic simply turned off the engine light without fixing anything, they said I can bring the vehicle back and they would see about fixing the issue. I'm now stuck paying for a car that I don't feel safe having my kids in. This dealership completely fell through on their promise.

Would not even give a star at all except you have toThis place is complete bogusVERY unprofessionalGot a car from them Ford Taurus, was told they would have my tags within the time they give never got the tags jn(Karla & Jazzis are the WORST people) btwI was late on a payment by a few days & they were threatening meSo the August payment came due & I had asked about the tags once again being as they gave me another temporary one & it was about to expire never got a responseThen they text me messages saying they were going to put my picture of my ID on Facebook if I didn't Bring the car TO THEMWell any other car lot would have sent a repo after being told multiple times to come get this carThey continued to threatenThis place is horrible & I'm more then sure there doing something illegalNot being able to get tags in.? RidiculousThey text & email ALL day! ConstantlyCan barely speak englishA real jokeI would not do business with these people
