I bought the cargo van year [redacted] Ford E150 on September 8, 2014 for $2,400.00 but the van itself displayed as E-250 on the back of the van. After few days, the van wont start so I had to bring to my mechanic to fix it, its over 150.00, then the gas cap wasn't there as they said to buy one so I looked for it. It was impossible to find it so last week I brought it to my mechanic to order the gas cap based on the information. Later my mechanic found that the motor isn't matched and that was why he ordered the different one to match the motor. I was not pleased with the service where I bought. I asked them to get me a tire as it was bald one that is running. Then there is no warranty plus we took the van for a short ride, we found the odometer not work and the front white light not working. So they took and fixed my van over a week.Product_Or_Service: [redacted] E-150 Cargo Van (white)Desired SettlementI want the warranty and pay me back for the starter and gas cap. Why didn't they tell me the truth?Business Response /* (1**0, 14, 2014/10/29) */I sold that van in mass. eny car or thuck over 125.000 miles has no warrantys the van had 170,000 miles the truck was running fine when it left here when a truck high miles anything could happen at eny time a gas cap is not a big problem he must of left it when got gas the starter motor he should called me I would helped him w/ that however I will pay him mr [redacted] half of that cost I will need to see a receipt showing that it was done ________________________________________Consumer Response /* (3**0, 34, 2014/12/12) */(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Hi,We are not satisfied as they are not telling us the truth however they should warn us the problems such as an example, heater, the chrome light inside the van. Once we brought the van from the dealer then next day it won't start. They should check everything before we bring it home. His own mechanic discovered that the motor isn't right as they gave the model/number wrong. It was labeled as 250 but the deal was labeled as 150 van. That was why we were tricked as they didn't tell us. We discovered that the van had a lot of problems like the receipts that we submitted. As our own mechanic stated that the van was ripped off.Final Business Response /* (4**0, 41, 2015/01/08) */I agree to pay mr [redacted]$120.00 for half of repairs ________________________________________
