11/20/2017: We have not heard from them. They were trying to replace parts and they refuse to fix the copier. They charged us a contract fee & for toner for a year that they longer could service.12/04/2017: We will not pursue this because the company was bought out. They...
were willing to come out but we already bought a new copier.
