Progressive Car Finance, L.L.C.

Company came and repoed my vehicle for no reason what so ever.
On 6-5-14 I got up to go to work and my minivan was gone. I called [redacted] at the Best Buy here on [redacted] and [redacted] and asked her if there was any reason that she knew of that the carlot would have had my vehicle towed and she said No but she would call corperate and find out what was going on and in the meantime for me to call the police and file a report on the missing vehicle which I did. about 2 hours later I get a call from [redacted] car finance and the lady told me that the reason they had towed it was because it apparently didnt have insurance which is NOT true because they would have never let me drive off the lot without insurance. and I had only had the van since April 26th so I knew my insurance was good. Well the lady at progressive said well I have good news we arent going to make you pay for the towing charge but you cant have your van back till you pay the sales tax and get it registered. I told her that I had all intintions of doing that this week but that I really had to have my van back to get to and from work cause that is our only vehicle and all she could say was she couldnt do anything. They have all the paperwork and all of our personal belongings in that van and have left me with no way to work and I am probably going to end up losing my job because of it. I am the only one in my home that works since my husband got out of the hospital so me losing the van and losing my job has really hurt us and is going to cause us to become homeless.
