March 7, 2017Please he advised that the complaint listed above has been sent to the wrong business, Progressive Dental Care Center ceased operations at December 5, Another practice completely unrelated to Progressive Dental Care Center, that chose to name their practice Progressive Dental are (without the word 'Center”) is co-located with my new practice, [redacted] Dentistry Today, LLC[redacted] is not a patient of mine, nor was ever seen by Progressive Dental Care CenterShe was treated by the dentist of Progressive Dental are.I certainly understand the confusion in the patient's mind because Progressive Dental Care Center had been at that location for over thirteen years and the new practice's mail is very close to usI have given a copy of your complaint to the correct party, however, they should receive something directly from you.Please acknowledge in writing that the complaint is corrected as there have never been any complaints to Revdex.com about my practice.To avoid confusion, please direct the correspondence absolving us of responsibility to Dr [redacted] c/o [redacted] Dentistry Toda?, etcTerry G.DDS

I am rejecting this response because: The response given is irrelevantI have written documentation signed and initialed by a secretary from Progressive Dental that I was given a discounted price which I paid in full on October 10th, If indeed it was an error made by Progressive Dental, which I was not told at the time, in fact, I was not told for another four months, they should be held accountable for that mistake and not IProgressive Dental should honor the price given to me which is written on this documentation The price given to me on this documentation is the price I paidMy remaining balance is $which it should still remain atFor Progressive Dental to change the price given to me four months after being paid in full should be illegal.
