To start our marketing campaign, they wanted me to sign a contract to limit my rights to discuss any negative reviews or comments with anyone.
I hired Progressive Dental Marketing, LLC to market our practice through Internet and social media marketing. They recommended to build an entirely new website with video contents. We agreed to almost all their suggestions. They charged me $20,000 for a website in March 2018. Once we were ready to start advertising, which was the reason I originally hired them, their vice president emailed an addendum to the agreement in August 2018, limiting my rights to express or write anything negative about their company if we don't get positive results with their marketing strategies. I refused to agree with the nonsense of not being able to give feedback to my colleagues or review them online. If they are legitimate and do their work ethically and correctly, there would not be a fear of receiving bad reviews.
Since I needed a company to market our practice and handle our website hosting, we had to build an entirely new website with a different company and pay again. I believe Progressive Dental Marketing Company does not have the right to forbid me to make verbal and/or written comments about my experience with their services and if they think they have the right to do that, they should reveal their policies prior to engaging in any business with their clients.
I would like to be refunded the amount I spent with this company.
On January 27th 2018 *** entered into a written contract with Progressive Dental for a custom video package to be shot at his location it included 17 videos and custom photography the contracted price was $16,495.00 and a Custom website package including SEO, Advanced Analytics, Hosting and Maintenance set up and custom content the contracted price was $17,995.00. The total contract price was $34,490.00. Mr. was given a $14,490.00 discount and terms of a payment plan interest free. Total paid for the contract was $20,000.00. Progressive Dental delivered all the above products. I am very sorry that Mr. is unhappy with the products he received but we are unable to issue a refund.

We are addressing the recent complaint against our company regarding our client's website package they purchased. In March of 2015 the client signed an agreement with our company to design a customized website for $9,495 along with 500 FREE PST Trifolds for their practice.
On March 4, 2015 we gathered our team to have a call with the client to learn more about the practice to build a customized website according to the practice. On April 28, 2015 we had a scheduled call with this client to review the website and gather feedback. On July 31, 2015 we had another scheduled call to set the website live and get it up and running.
From July 31, 2015 to Nov 30, 2017 we have attempted to get reach this client and get the site up and running. The facts that affected us from website from not going live were:
Client requesting multiple changes periodically to the website (changes can be made even as a site is live)
Client wanting to rebrand the company
Unable to get in touch with current Domain holder to gather log-in information to the domain
Non-responsiveness to our company from the client to set the site live. Sent dozens of emails to attempt to contact the client
Through this process and working with the client, our company made an extensive number of attempts to get the client's site up and running. After completing the site and working with the client, they asked for a full refund on January 23rd of this year. Per our terms and conditions (Pg. 2 Sect. 3) no refunds of any fees or charges paid by Client will be made, except as may be expressly stated on the Order Form. We have completed everything that the client asked and paid for on the signed order form. We cannot refund a website due to the following factors:
Labor cost for time of all employees working on the project
Expenses we as a business occur to maintain the website on our servers (which was never paid by the client)
We would be more than happy to give this client the site files so that they may set the site live when they are ready to do so. At this time, that is all we can offer as a company as the project was fully completed on our end. The domain is still in control from the client and we have no access to set this site live on or end and continue the process.
