Progressive Home Services

On January 05/2016 I entered into a contract with one of Progressive Home Services Inc. representative who was doing door to door campaigning for installation of water filter. The representative explained to me the function of the equipment, I accepted what was said but before the installation I showed the representative a water filter I purchased and had installed November 2014. The representative said that his water filter takes more stuff out of the water and makes it purer. I went ahead with the installation which could had only be done in the crawl space of my basement.

Last year a representative came to do routine service on my first water filter and had to go to my crawl space to complete his service because of a problem and on seeing the new water filter asked what is its function of which I explained what was told to me by the *** representative, he responded that I was being misled and that the water filter installed November 2014 which was service annually was more efficient.

Eventually the above mentioned company's equipment got faulty, I called no response and to get their attention I had to put a stop payment on their account then a man name ...... called from *** and said that until I honour my outstanding balance no one will do service on the equipment and that my records will go to the credit bureau and also they would put a lean on my property.
