Progressive Industries stands by their products 1000%! I purchased an EMS-PT30C Portable EMS RV Surge Protector in December 2015. The unit failed over Memorial Day weekend due to a campground power anomaly it performed its intended function, saving my motor home's electrical system and components. After returning the device to Progressive, they promptly repaired the unit, and I have it back in 8 calendar days (including transportation both directions from Upstate NY to Apex NC).
