I am rejecting this response because:I never had a contract for with this companyThe company recently went through a division which caused numerous errors (see other google reviews and complaints from customers)I did notify the owner in March that I was switching service providers due to the company splitting and was not going to pre-pay as usual for servicesI travel for work and had no idea this company was providing any service this yearThe owner has already sent my account to collections and I am having it investigated since there is no approval for services or contract associatedI previously tried negotiating with the owner, but she was disrespectful and denied any responsibility

We had done a service for customer on 2-9-and also 4-13-on 5-8-the customer called and said wanted to cancel service did not know we were continualOn all our paper work we leave we say we are continual and if wants to cancel to call our officeOn 5-8-the Owner and the customer
spoke and at that time the owner gave her a credit and the customer agreed to pay the rest, so we are confused on why we are getting this complaint, we feel that we have been more than fair in this matter given the circumstances and expect payment of the rest which was agreed on 5-8-

Dear Revdex.comWe first did service in for Mr *** I think he is mistaking Crabgrass for Bermuda Grass as it is a three part treatment weeks apart with a charge for each treatment and is the only thing that is effective in killing Bermuda Grass After these treatments we reseed but would never do

Dear Sirs I did not receive a call from Mr. [redacted] until 7-25-2016 to cancel his account. The first treatment we did was on 03-30-2016 the next treatment was on 04-14-2016 and the last treatment we did was on 07-05-2016 so total he owes our company 129.00 @ 43.00 each treatment. I do not have an...

employee named [redacted] so I suppose he may have called a different company to cancel but it was not us. We stop all treatments as of the day the customer cancels, hard to think it it go on all year without our knowing it. If it were one application I would credit the account but three is a bit much and Mr. [redacted] stating he spoke with [redacted]. I am not sure where we go from here as I have an A+ Rating with you and customer satisfaction is very important to myself and my employees. I did call Mr. [redacted] to try to work out a happy medium between us and am awaiting a response. I will try to work with him regarding this matter. Sincerely [redacted]
