I am rejecting this response because:I do not see the attachment proving my refund I just spoke to my bank and they need to see this attachment in order to verify the refund, because it does not show on their end So as I stand until I see the proof to show my bank, I have not received my refundPlus, this refund is not in my account

I am rejecting this response because:This information is inaccurate.  After reviewing my bank account, as of today, March 4, 2015, Progressive Legal Credit Repair has NOT returned my money.  Here once again, I prove to you their dishonesty.  I have also called my bank today, March 4, 2015 to find my claim is still in dispute and no action has been taken by Professional Legal Credit Repair to return my $1,500.00 payment.

This issue has been rectified.  I spoke with the client and the Revdex.com representative Friday, May 31st, 2015.

Review: I first was contacted by [redacted]'s stating that his "buddy" [redacted] at Progressive Legal was getting crazy things off people's credit. I had a BK, a short sale, and a foreclosure and wanted them off mine. The both promised me it may take 6 months but it can 100% be done and they gave me a money back guarantee, I paid $2000 for me and my wife to be enrolled, she only had a few collections to get off so I assumed that would be easy. At first they told me I could pull my credit and check the progress since I have a credit vendor account as I work in mortgage banking. I did so for the first couple months then they told me that I was messing up their process by doing this so I paid for a login at [redacted] and monitored it that way. Nothing happened for 8 months other than them getting a few inquiries removed and an old judgment of 2 bureus that was already paid so it was not negatively affecting me. That judgment still shows on a credit report as it only takes one bureau for items to show. My BK's, short sales, and foreclosure are all still on there and those were th only derrogatory's I had. After 8 months of no progress I had to refi my house so told them I needed to pull my credit. After this was over they still could not make any progress. I even got letters from the bureaus saying I had to stop trying to dispute items because they have all already been verified. These guys told me there were "legal loopholes" wehre they could ask a creditor for documentation on a derog and if they could not provide it they would have to remove from bureaus. This couldnt be further from the truth. These guys did what any other hack credit repair co does and wrote dispute letter after dispute letter with no results other than temporarily raising credit score with items in dispute not being factored in then dropping it back down once they had to be taken out of dispute. As for my wife and her couple of collections, they only got one removed. The other which they claim was removed was re sold to another collection co then re reported right before we bought a house forcing us to spend double the down payment we planned on due to her score dropping back down. These guys cost us so much money and stress and I am currently filing a small claims case against them since the contract said money back guarantee. DO NOT USE THEM, they are scam artists. Review: This service is a credit repair service. I interviewed many services before choosing this one. [redacted], apparently the co-founder said he could get me a 640 fico score within two months. It would cost me, but he could do it. He charged me $1,500 to work on both my husband and my score. He also stated that he would keep me informed every step of the way to insure satisfaction. As long as I emailed over all the documents I would start receiving in the mail. It was the selling factor to me, because that would allow me to buy a home before the end of the year. Well two months came and gone, I was emailing all the mail he requested that would start showing up and my score had not budge. When I called him he said he did not promise a two month window. That if I wanted it done in two months that was a different package. I debated with him and said he did not say that. I was very clear on my intentions and why I chose his service. He said they were changing over to another system because they were growing so quickly and that he would work on my case personally, but I would now need to talk with a person named [redacted]. I can't tell you if this is a man or woman because I received emails from [redacted] with a non-working phone number. After calling [redacted] several times to only be able to leave voice mails, I got no where. I left voicemails asking for my money back that he did not provide the service he promised. I would like to also state, [redacted] said too, if I did not apply for any credit....do nothing to get an inquiries, there would be no problem. Well, what did happen is after he started disputing items, or whatever they did, they re-appeared on my credit report as an inquiry. He said that was my fault. I said to him, I should have just left things alone. Your service made all things worse. This company is saying one thing and doing another. I want people to know. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!Desired Settlement: I want my $1,500 refunded

Review: Used company to get credit repair help. What I was promised was not done I requested a refund. Was told my refund was in the mail and it was never sent. I have been trying to get a hold of someone in the office and no one returns calls. Unfortunately I can't go to the actual business to fight for my money since I am in Florida. I would not recommend this company to anyone it's a fraud.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the services I was not satisfied with $750.00.
