Progressive legal group is a extremely unorganized and only wants your money. in the beginning there was good interaction from them, then once they finally got all there money all contact just stopped. called for weeks leaving voicemails and emails with no response. Having no idea what was going on and could not get anyone to call me back. Last spoke to them a week ago and apparently the mortgage company sent them documents to be filled out 2 months prior and instead of filling them out the just sent them back. failed to mention this to the customer. I personally called the mortgage company and had the documentation sent to me to try and resolve the issue, trying to get ahold of Progressive legal and to no surprise no one is answering my call or returning my emails. They are a joke, do not use them. Once they have your money you will not hear from them. I want my money back but doubt I will get it.
