This company has not obeyed the law and is in HIPAA violation as wellThey are breaking FCRA and FDCPA law as WELL as VIOLATING HIPAA!
I have contacted this company and asked for the information legally required of this company to provide but they only verified the account by my addressAfter that I made a complaint that they are a third party collection and their own policy is that they are representing themselves as a third party collection and that being said they should not have ANY of my medical informationNot only did they provide ALL my medical information through the CFPB with not having verified or gotten written consent from me, which is LEGALLY required, they SPIT PROOF THEY HAVE medical information and SHARED it with the CFPB!! I was not promised what was made with my full payment of debt collection
I had made a full payment for my debt and did not receive my letter or any form of records stating I paid my debt in full as well as my payment for delete on my credit report as stated by company representativeThis is very unprofessional and unfair to trick consumers and payers trying to clear a debt
