Wish I had read the Revdex.com & Yelp reviews first: BAAAD! Hell will freeze over before I ever call this sorry excuse for an appliance company againTheir name on their truck is almost too small to read ~ to keep us from recognizing it, for sureThe "Service Manager," [redacted] (***? whatever) was arrogant and unprofessionalHe informed me on the phone prior to his arrival that the service call is free only if his precious truck doesn't have to be touched by any tree branches en route to the location! If he had to walk to the building, there would be a service call charge! Their "free service call" to give me a "free estimate" for fixing the freezer side of an Amana side-by-side, is very appealing when others charge $-$65-and upbut! My appointment was set for 9am-1pm today, 8/13/I had requested a call about 1/hour before to let me know the ETA At noon I called to ask if it would be by 1pm; [redacted] said it was a possibility, but might also be until 5pm...! He did call me shortly after to say he would arrive within 5-minutesHowever, approximately minutes later, I saw his truck backing away down the driveway, though no one came to the doorI followed but it just kept moving, and then took off down the street The phone receptionist, [redacted] , is very pleasant, but it ended there, for me

My appointment was set for 9am-1pm today, 8/13/15. I had requested a call about 1/2 hour before to let me know the ETA. At noon I called to ask if it would be by 1pm; [redacted] said it was a possibility, but might also be until 5pm...! He did call me shortly after to say he would arrive within 5-10 minutes. However, approximately 10 minutes later, I saw his truck backing away down the driveway, though no one came to the door. I followed but it just kept moving, and then took off down the street.

The phone receptionist, [redacted], is very pleasant, but it ended there, for me.
