When I explained that I had gotten rid of two other properties I'd owned, by renting them out and selling them to the renters after the resort had "toured" them, he said "then you're just as bad as the resorts!" They may provide information that new owners can use, however, I would advise other owners to approach with caution!

We attended a presentation hosted by Progressive Transfers in Austin TX.
The staff that hosted the meeting were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
They seem to be very understanding of our particular situation and worked with us to find the best fit for us from the program they have in place. I would recommend that anyone looking options should absolutely give them a call. There are no high pressure sales tactics with this company. We ask for a few days to look things over and get back in touch with them, they agreed and we called them a week later and the deal was still good. We are now timeshare free and could not be happier.
