Review: As of October[redacted], 2014 I moved from [redacted] where the company above used to service us. The company is charging me with an extra bill for the month of November we never use. Unfortunately the company sent the bill to a collection agency because they say that if we did not notify about the move we are still responsible for that month. We have proof that we were not residing in that location, but the company says it doesn't matter.Desired Settlement: Delete any charges for the Month of November 2014 that we never used, and correct the records with the collection company.
Review: I have a sign contract for three years for $79.50 I just reviewed one of my bills and noticed they have been billing me $89.04 and they are also billing for a fuel/environmental surcharge of $20.00. I called and spoke with [redacted] about the situation [redacted] said I had to speak with someone from sales. [redacted] referred me to [redacted] ###-###-#### left [redacted] two mesages and no call back. I called back two days later asked for [redacted] again told [redacted] never called me back he then referred me to someone else who was not available left a message with his secretary she told me he was sitting right next to her but was on the phone and he would call me back. This has been going for over two weeks and they just don't care.Desired Settlement: I would like an explanation of the bill and would like to get possible get refund of the difference billed

Review: July *, 2013 I signed contract with [redacted] to cart garbage once a week for three years for $97.34 a month. Their representative personally wrote in comments at bottom of contract the following:
1. " No increases for one (1) year"
2. " Three (3)year service agreement"
3. "Increases capped at three (3) percent"
4. "No additional fees or fuel surcharges"
June **, 2014 I received notice from [redacted] that new monthly rate was going to be $175.00 a month. 80% increase. I called my account rep, [redacted], cell ###-###-####, who told me there was nothing he could do about the increase. He stated he would fax me a release to get out of the contract, but even after repeated requests, no release was sent to me. Finally, about mid July, [redacted] called. He advised me [redacted] would not let me out of contract, but would now only charge me $150.00 a month in lieu of the proposed $175.00. This is still way more than 3% originally contracted with them.Desired Settlement: Either stick to contract with 3% increase - or terminate contract.
