Brian H [redacted] one of our service techs responded to issue at hand and went to complainants residence early Novemberadjusted threshold that seemed to be resolvedBrian also left a new one with Mrs [redacted] just in case there should be another issuecaulked sidw lite where it meets door Brian informed Mrs [redacted] if shed had any issues to call him directlyIf problems consist door may have to be removed make whatever adjustment needed and reinstalledProblems may be caused by direct heavy rain beating on the door and along the back side of home which water may be getting under concrete and lifting door and throwing door out of square shifting issues.If there are any further issues Brian had stressed to Mrs [redacted] to give him a call, as of today November 10th we have not heard anythingRegards,John D [redacted]

Progressive went to the customers house on 11/17/2017 remove the existing door. had to remove some un even cement that was under the door, installed some wood in the opening to level out the threshold resealed the door and the thresholdre installed the door and squared everything up. sealed the exterior of the entire opening. Went over it with customer.  since then we have had rain several times and no leakage. Thank you Joe P[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  1. On Oct. 30, 2017 Brian, the Technician for the Company arrived to my home. He looked at the door but DID NOT adjust the threshold. He just caulked two tiny sections at the bottom of the door that the leak appeared. He left the new threshold he brought. He said I made need a new door or he would have to remove the door to fix the leak. As per their response of leaving the new threshold for me to use is ridiculous, I do not know how to fix a door! This is for the company to fix.  2. Brian did say to call him if the door still leaks. which I attempted to call him Nov. 1,2017 after it rained and water again appeared inside my home on the floor. When I called I got a message that his mailbox was not installed to receive messages, so I called Joe and he said he will call back. I Never heard from Joe or Brian. I called Brian's phone again on  Nov 10,2017 and received the same message so I texted him of the leak. No response. I called again an hour later, and spoke to Brian and told him about his phone messages and the leak again. He said he would call me back as to the solution the next day. As of today, I have not heard from Brian. 3. At this point in this long awaited dilemma, I am asking for my money back. I have NEVER heard from the company manager in any of this issue. I would think that that the person that owns the business would attempt to call and remedy this issue promptly rather than having his "technician" handle this complaint.
