I owned a house in Apopka, FL and the roof had hail damage after bad stormI contacted Proguard and it was confirmed that the rood was damagedI contacted my home insurance and and approved the repair of my roofI was a bit concern about the process because it is something that you do once a year but rather maybe once in your life; however, Proguard walk me through all the steps and repaired my roof as scheduled with no delays

I just had my roof done by Proguard.. I saw the work they on few houses in the neighborhood and decided to have my roof looked at because it was way pass due and I knew I was missing shingles.. I had them come out they walked the roof and told me how many shingles was missing and everything they was going to do and I said ok... they came back out couple weeks later with everything now I have a new roof it was done fast and they cleaned up everything then walked the roof again to make sure everything was done... I would defiantly recommend ProGuard.

Representative assisted me in filing a claim on my roof based on damage he claimed to have seen. When insurance company pushed back he became unresponsive and seemingly disappeared. I would not recommend based on my experience.

Would highly recommend Proguard Restoration after having my roof replaced. This company did not solicit my business like others attempted to. Instead, we approached them after neighbors had positive experience from this compnay. Tim at Proguard Restoration was friendly and honest. His crews showed up on time and did an excellent job. I had a specific request to not only have the shingles replaced, but also the decking changed out from oriented strand board (OSB), also known as chip board, to plywood. Tim asked me why I wanted to do this and I told him it was because the OSB was sagging between rafters and because I wanted to bring my house up to the new hurricane wind resistance code. His team was able to do the re-decking in only one day and were able to get the complete job done in three work days. I was able to get my homeowner insurance cut in half because of the wind mitigation inspection report. I have already recommended Proguard to two of my neighbors who also experienced hail damage. Last comment -- His price was also the lowest one with excellent ratings from Revdex.com, [redacted] and [redacted]
