When shipping out side of the US we have to include invoices for customsWe have provided service in a timely mannerCustomer has sent back working products two times and both times the items were returned in a timely manner
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Shipping has never met the established times, we have all supports where we can prove the breach by your company, even now we are still waiting two outstanding units which they are supposed should arrive two months agoIf you send and invoice it must to be the same of the product on the box, for this case we prepay and Invoice with CM-SGGLASSES and DVR PV-50, but Thomas Investigative Publications only send the CM-SGGlasses, so we pay full taxes for only half of producta few weeks later you send the rest of the order with a new invoice, at the end for default and your breach we pay double taxesI cannot consider this matter resolved Upon resolution, I am willing to write a statement stating it was resolved amicably Regards, [redacted]

because: Shipping has never met the established times, we have all supports where we can prove the breach by your company, even now we are still waiting two outstanding units which they are supposed should arrive two months ago. If you send and invoice it must to be the same of the product on the box, for this case we prepay and Invoice with 5 CM-SG20 GLASSES and 5 DVR PV-50, but Thomas Investigative Publications only send the 5 CM-SG20 Glasses, so we pay full taxes for only half of product. a few weeks later you send the rest of the order with a new invoice, at the end for default and your breach we pay double taxes. I cannot consider this matter resolved. Upon resolution, I am willing to write a statement stating it was resolved amicably.
