Impossible to make appointment with GI associates
For the last 3 days I’ve been trying to make an appointment with GI associates. While waiting on the line, they finally told me to call a number 414)454-0600 option #1. I call 3 times which happened same thing each time, put me on hold for 15 minutes and ask me to leave my phone number and someone will call me back. Nobody called back. It is impossible to make an appointment for colonoscopy. I don't know what to do. I'm a patient of pro health for 25 years the last 5 years is getting worst to make an appointment and if you do they tell you the first available is after 2 to 3 months the sooner.

Billing
Be very careful and always read your billing statements and watch your payments you send in and make sure you aren't billed twice for the same charge. A year ago, I was charged for all of my son's well child visit and vaccines and they were supposed to be covered by insurance. When I called and questioned it, the representative agreed, and my bill was fixed. If I wouldn't have caught it and paid it they would have kept the money. Now I am getting bills and got a phone call for a bill that was paid in September but ProHealth Care does not have record of the payment. The check was cashed by ProHealth Care but billing can't find where the money went. Now I have to do extra work by getting them a picture of the check so they can see who in ProHealth Care cashed it. The payment was sent with the cut out portion from the bill. More trouble for the consumer, little ownership/responsibility by ProHealth Care. Point is WATCH YOUR BILLS AND MAKE SURE YOUR PAYMENTS ARE ACCOUNTED FOR.

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have NOT received calls from anyone lately...I received calls years ago.? I talked to several people about this manner.? I was told by numerous people that would just keep telling me to call someone else, or we will look into this manner and give you a call back.? I left several messages and did not recieve a response from anyone other then, I will pass this information along.? OR We will investigate this manner and get back to you.? OR I am sorry this is not really my department, I am not sure why they sent you to me.She did not receive proper care, in face the PA and the original doctor BOTH came to me and apologized to me for missing this the first time.? Think about this from a medical point of view if given the proper care the first visit....HOW does a healthy girl? go septic in less then hours, have her middle tonsils so swollen that the PA in the ER wanted to intubate her, as they were so enlarged that if she moved her head even the slightest bit....it closed off her airway! There are also records from Carroll University's medical center with Kaitlin being seen on the same day she came into the ER for the first time.? They felt that her health was so bad that they were not able to attend to her medical needs and sent her to the ER...where your ER doctor released her without a proper examination...if he would have examined her properly, or taken the word of another medical professional who had referred her to you, she would not have gone septic, had to miss mid-terms....have her grades suffer as they did......THIS IS NOT THE CARE THAT AN ER ROOM SHOULD GIVE A PATIENT WHO WAS SENT THERE BY ANOTHER MEDICAL PERSON, YET ALONE ANYONE!? ? The above reason is why WE are not accepting the businesses response!Thank you? [redacted] ? ?
