Review: 09/01/2013 SUN- had two cameras, one in front and one in back of our house. Started around noon and by dinner time couldn't get the box running, eventually said that the box was a new upgrade, and our TV wasn't wired to accept the software. He had experienced the same problem recently, he couldn't remember how to fix it and would be back Monday at 8:30 a.m when the helpdesk reopened.09/02/2013 MON Texted he had to take his van into the shop and he couldn't make it until about noon. I called 12:45 and he was still waiting but he'd call the mechanic and get back to me. No call back. I called again for new time. Arrived 5:10, keep calling the help desk which closed at 6pm, and finally called a supervisor. Finished around 7pm.09/04/2013 WED followed up about the internet access, sent email. No response.10/11/2013 FRI - camera1 died, and when I tried to reboot the system, the entire box died. Called and was told he'd be out between 4-5pm. 4:50 he called and said he couldn't make it but would be here the next day between 9 -10. 10/12/2013 SAT - No show,no response,vm access denied. Called @11 said borrowed work van not returned be here at 1pm, couldn't make 1 would be here in evening. At 7pm I texted it was too late, we were unavailable Sunday, could he come Monday. No response.10/13/2013 SUN - He responded to a a.m. text that he could come at 2pm. No response to reply we were unavailable. 10/14/2013 MON asked if he could come, no response. Cables had been tied together and saw that weight may have pulled copper wire and additional plug from box. Texted picture, no response.10/16, 10/18, 10/19, 10/20 - Multiple texts, calls, and vm (turned back on). No response.Desired Settlement: Would like the system fixed at no additional cost (labor warranty is almost due for expiration). Would like the internet connection. Would appreciate work being done when scheduled. If rebooting system requires the software fix, would like an explanation on how it is done and a copy of the software. Would like information on the hardware, hardware configurations, parent company information, and help desk contact information in writing. If this is not possible, would like a refund.
