Review: I made an appointment with [redacted] to tint my car windows on 8/9 at 8am. He told me that could pick up my car from my job. He stated that I should leave the key under the mat and leave the door open. I checked and my car was still in the parking lot at 1pm. I called [redacted]. His response was that he only makes $15 on tinting windows and that he had another project. My concern is that he never called me and he didn't seem to care that my car was left outside unlocked most of the day. [redacted] also took my credit card number for services that have not been completed as of yet.Desired Settlement: I want to speak to the owner about this. I have called and emailed, but the owner has not returned my call.

Review: They installed my auto TV systems and I left one faulty unit with them to return and service with the manufacturer in December, but they have not returned the repaired unti to me in January and appear to have closed the business. They do not answer the phones or have option to leave messages via phone.Desired Settlement: I want them to return the TV I left with them in December and install it back in the car if it's fixed. If not fixed, then simply return it to me and I'll find another way to repair the unit or replace it with the manufacturer directly myself.

In reply to [redacted] issue of his headrest monitor. The owner of Project two past away Jan 4, 2015. I can find no record of a headrest repair or any claim tag. If it was purchased in 2011 it was already out of warranty and no record has been found that it was shipped for repair. I regret that there is nothing that can be done to satisfy Mr.[redacted] complant. the business has been shut down.
