purchase of the dog and $700 I'm Vet fees. This does not included my older dog who got [redacted] as a result of being in contact with the new dog I purchased and the results was my older dog got [redacted]. I felt a $1500 settlement was fair because I have spent over $3000 on both of my dogs in vets costs and $1000 on The purchase price of the dog but they turned down my settlement offer. They offered me $300 as a down payment or $500 If I agreed to sign a notarized letter that I would not take the to court. I refuse the $500 offer and said I would $300 as a down payment but I do expect as less $700 more before I settle but the business has not got back to me. I guess they feel they did there part to settle this with $300 but that is not a fair amount based on what I spent
