They try to come off as such a friendly nice company. They state will not charge your card until your order is shipped. mine was charged immediately!! red flag number 1. never received any sort of email within 2 weeks of order! red flag number 2. When trying to phone using the toll free number(the only one listed) just get voice mail saying to contact via email!! red flag number 3 and final red flag!
I am going to my bank signing an affadavit to get my money back wonder how they will like it when my bank hit their account for the return !! I did however send an email with a deadline of 12 hrs which came and went!! do not trust or give this company any money in fact leave a extremely bad review on their facebook page!! I truly believe this is a fraudulent company that basically steals your money in hopes that most will just let it go as a lesson!! NOT ME!!

This company is THE WORST! I ordered a dog bed before Christmas 12/21. Still haven't received , 1/31. I have emailed and called and have NEVER gotten a response. I am furious. Do not ever order from this company. I don't understand how people can do these kinds of things! RUDE!!

On December 20th I purchased an LED mini projector advertised on Instagram. After receiving the product, (later than expected) I realized the item was not what I expected (poorly packaged, foreign instructions/verbiage). I attempted to contact the company (4 emails, 1 call) to get instructions on how to return and where to return. I have yet to receive a call back or email with return instructions. In my last email, I stated that if I did not receive a call back I would move forward to dispute the transaction with my bank as well as contact Amazon/Instagram to share my experience in hopes that they can warn others to be aware of this business. It has been 3 weeks and I finally contacted my bank to cancel this transaction.

Ordered a calming bed for dog. It was soft and dog loved it so ordered another one for smaller dog. These beds are advertised as SOFT. When I received it, it was hard as a rock the center sticks way up and is also hard. I complained and Anna said to send picture, she said she was sending the picture to manufacturer. After almost 4 weeks I again wrote. This time Christian said Anna had been promoted and she was going to send another bed for replacement. Wanted another 5 weeks nothing, so wrote and asked if she had sent the bed, she said yes and she would send tracking number. Waited another 4-6 weeks emails were ignored. Finely after saying I was going to turn them in to Revdex.com Anna wrote And wanted a picture again. I wrote and sent all the emails and told her she already had a picture. After some time She said the bed had been returned, but she would send me my money back. Another 4-6 weeks went by. I wrote and and again Mae wrote and said Anna had been fired. (Wait Anna had been promoted?..) so she wanted to know what she had told me. Again sent all the emails. That was December the 8th and been ignored since.

Never received my order. I love my dog and I lost 40 bucks. I am a college student, this is a lot of money to me and I just gave it to a scam. They're website should be st down.

I'm also having a bad experience and realized they are based in China, not San Diego. I'm still waiting for a Christmas gift to arrive that I ordered on 12/7 (it's now 12/24). I never received an email saying my product shipped (it did). When I email customer service I get a reply the next day, but they tell me to be patient and are unable to provide detailed tracking info. I believe my product made it to the US and has been in Greenfield (not sure which state) since 12/18, but that is the limit to the tracking with no ETA.

SCAM!!! Do not order from this company guys! Ordered a pet bed over 29 days ago for Christmas and the tracking stopped 5 days ago.. in China!!! Customer service is no help. I got scammed $70! This company should be shut down!!!!

I cannot believe how different my experience is from everybody else. Ordered 3 pet beds 11/03/2019 and received them 11/20/2019. All the way here in Canada! When ordered it was mentioned they would take 8-15 working days and ours took 13 working days. Tracker link provided by the company email took a couple of days to update each time but was accurate and worked like a charm, it even included in and out information from customs inspections. They are soft, plush, warm, thick and everything they were advertised to be. Cant wait to give them to our fur babies for Christmas. Just because something is shipped from offshore doesn't make it bad. I had such a great experience here with NO problems or complications it is raising flags about everything else I am reading. I feel sorry for these people if it really happened to them and hope it works out as everyone deserves to get treated fairly. Nothing makes me special I was just another everyday person placing another everyday order.

I ordered a child gps smart watch which according to their Cystomer Support works in any place and no sim card needed??? I tried 3 different sim card from different providers it did not work! Wrote again to Customer service that I will be returning item and they should process a refund. Never heard again from them. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED. Not even worth a 1 star. Please choose sellers on amazon so your refund is guaranteed. Not online stores like this.

I also ordered the gps smart watch for my son. Received the cheap watch that is NOT a smart watch !!! These people should be out of business!!!

Order and payment confirmation was sent right away. It's been 40 days and I still do not have the product. I wrote to customer service and they responded stating I should call my local post office. ? the tracking shows it's still in China. I asked for cancellation and reimbursement and am still waiting to hear back.

After 25 days I received the 2 Crepe Makers that I ordered. Now a bigger problem
They are designed to operate on 220volts, my home is wired for 110volts. I do not know of a US house kitchen wired for 220volts. Click2Convert will not answer telephone or emails.
PayPal seems to be no help.

Horrible company to deal with. They don't answer emails for weeks. They only answered after I opened a dispute with Paypal. I still don't have the item . They are based in China not California.
Their website reviews are all bogus no one would give this company 5 star reviews. Strangely they don't answer their phone nor do they allow you to leave a review on their site but they have all sorts there .

I had the exact same experience as all the others. The company is a scam and the owner is con artist and cheat. They don’t even deserve a 1 star rating.

This company is a scam. There is no way to get in touch with the customer service. This company is located in China. Item should come in 8-15 working days but never got it.

Same story as everyone else. I ordered a dog bed almost a month ago and it’s been stuck in the same place in China for the past 16 days. I have reached out to the company but they haven’t responded. I should of done my research first. Lesson learned and $130 down the drain. Not sure how companies like this can stay in business while stealing from their customers.

SCAM COMPANY! The address listed goes back to a hotel. The phone number listed is out of the country. The phone number shown on the Revdex.com website is a Google number. I ordered a gps smartwatch for my 6-year old and it is not a real smartwatch. There is no app. It does not take a sim card as stated. It is junk and was a waste of $40. There is no way to get in touch with anyone. I sent an email to the email address provided with no response. I'm not at all surprised.

Ordered several pet beds on 8/25/19 then learn a special app is needed to track parcel. Now on 9/10/19 the package is still sitting in China.
