On 11/30/15, I spoke to the customer in my office. Her complaint was that PMT was charging her too much for her High Speed Internet. She understood that her monthly bill would be $+ tax for the 1st months and after that it would be $+ tax. I explained to her that
was the base rate but she needed to add $8/per month for the lease of a wireless modem. She was ok with that. I explained that she also needed to add $10/month for “Phone Free Internet”, which is clearly stated on PMT’s webpage. She then said she knew it was clearly stated on the webpage but she thought that was included in the $monthly rate. She felt that PMT’s webpage was misleading. She also stated that she spoke to a PMT service rep and was told there was no additional fee for “Phone Free Internet”. I spoke to that service rep and she stated that she did in fact quote the additional $10/month. When the customer was in my office, I never stated that she had signed up for a 15xcircuit. She is in fact signed up for a 15xcircuit and the charges on her statement are correct. She was not happy with my explanation and said she would continue service with PMT for the duration of her year contract then would be disconnecting service. She also stated she would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. Thank you *** ***
