I was traveling over hours to see the car so for me time was of the essence When I got there the car was detailed and ready for me to test drive When I finished my test drive the finance docs were waiting for me to sign The car was in excellent condition just as John described itThis was the easiest car buying experience I have ever been involved in (less than an hour from start to finish, and part of that was caused by a delay from my insurance company) I would buy from these guys again anytime It was definitely worth the hour drive!

Good Afternoon! The customer did communicate a few weeks after he purchased a Nissan Leaf, that the SD card was not working properlyWe purchased one from the local Nissan Dealer in December when the complaint was madeWe were informed it could take 4-weeks because Nissan does not make the SD
card, a 3rd party called NAVTECH doesWe communicated to the customer we ordered it, and due to the fact a 3rd party was, whom we had no contact with, was making the product, we would just have to be patient until the product was deliveredAs we communicated to the customer last week, we are expecting the SD card to be delivered to our dealership by the end of next weekWe apologize for the delay, we just don't have any control over it!Please let us know how we can further assist you!Regards,The Staff of Project One Auto

Traveled from [redacted] to north [redacted] and would do it again, John was great we negotiated price over the phone, had the paperwork ready the washed and car ready for me to take home, I love how they keep all cars in a warehouse, deal took less then a hour.

This was my first car purchase and after visiting multiple dealers and scouring online listings for weeks, stumbling upon project one auto was a blessing. I came in on Monday spoke with John about some of their vehicles I was interested in and he was more than happy to show them to me and answer my questions. I ended up test driving a Mazda3, which I instantly fell in love with. The next day I called up with some follow up questions and after all my concerns were addressed I was convinced this was the car I was buying. After discussing all the terms, I came in on Wednesday with my down payment, signed some paperwork and left with my new car!
The most noteworthy thing about this entire experience was their transparency in their website. All the information you could possibly need is right there for you. I highly recommend them.

I went to a lot of used-car dealers, and the Project One staffers were the only ones who did not make me feel like a mark at a three-card monte game. They did not try to sell me the car, but simply answered questions I had. They seem to handle only better-quality used cars and have a lot of luxury brands. But they also had the car I bought, a 2006 Honda Element. They let me take it to my own mechanic for an hour-long inspection and when he raised some (relatively minor) questions, they worked with me to resolve every one. I have put 600 miles on the car in a week and it has been perfect. But as they say, don't take my word for it, check them out for yourself!
