To Whom It May Concern:On 5/12/2016, I submitted a complaint against Project Pro, LLC in Winchester, VirginiaProject Pro had tiled our floor and it cracked, then we could not reach the company and when we did, they never actually came out to re-tile the floor.Since the complaint was submitted,
Project Pro, LLC contacted us and reimbursed us for the cost of the floor. They asked us to remove our complaint from your websiteI do not see an option to do this, nor to amend my complain to at least state that we were in fact made whole. If you could help me in any way, I would be appreciative. Thank you*** ***

Project Pro LLC, received a complaint with ID#*** submitted on 11/11/It is unfortunate the customer is dissatisfied, as it is our company's mission to achieve great workmanship with a positive outcome and positive customer reviewIn reference to this complaint the customer had an
existing retaining wall that was in need of support to prevent potential collapse,The customer was informed of all work related options, including cheaper and more costly options, in order to correct the customer's existing retaining wallThe customer decided at the time to choose the lesser cost option and “hope for the best." Project Pro, LLC re-verified through conversation with the customer, before the start of the project repairs, that the chosen lesser option may or may not hold up; as long as a more expensive permanent optionThe customer understood, agreed and the lesser repairs were completed in a timely manner. It is unfortunate the customers support wall is failing and Project Pro, LLC is more than happy to take a look and offer professional corrective optionsProjectPro, LLC agrees to waive the customer consult visit, but any repairs to the retaining wall will require a new charge.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.Sincerely,Project Pro, LLC Administrator

I am rejecting this response because:Contractors claims are completely and fabricatedThe original wall was never in danger of collapsingIt was built with proper retaining supportsI never asked for options and he never provided themBusiness states that I "accepted" potential wall failure which is a complete lieWhy would I ever accept an option knowing that it has the high likelihood of failing? I requested the existing retaining wall be raised to level out the grade which required additional fillThe contractor suggested that he use broken up concrete from a failed concrete driveway that he installedHe explained the concrete would provide the retention needed to support the wallI trusted his judgment and was assured this solution would workAfter only three months after installation it was apparent his solution was not workingThe wall began to lean causing the thin layer of dirt that covered the underlying concrete to fill in the exposed gap in the wallThe concrete fill is now exposed in many areasWe contacted the contractor at that time with photos and asked him to correct the problemWe received no responseWe tried multiple times to reach the contractor to address the problemEach time we were ignoredIf we, as he states, knew about a potential failure, why wouldn't he have responded to our original complaint with a reminder that we "knew the wall could fail" argument and of course why would we call to fix the problem? In between our initial Revdex.com complaint, the contractor threatened us with legal action if we did not remove our complaintWe are rejecting his offer to fix the wall with additional cost and consultationThe wall is a failed installation and he needs to repair at no additional cost.
