Review: I met and signed a contract with Marcus, the owner on April 14,2014. He would be providing HVAC, plumbing and electrical for me. I then gave a 1/3 deposit for the project (1100 SF addition). The check for $8813.00 was cashed on May 2,2014. Due to permit issues, I was unable to commence project until January 6,2015. Framing is almost complete, and I have been trying to reach him to start the next faze of the addition. I have been unsuccessful at both phone numbers, [redacted] and [redacted]. All email attempts have also been returned from the server as "undeliverable".Desired Settlement: I would like my entire deposit of $8813.00 returned
