Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: what they are stating is completely fabricated I did file a dispute with my credit card and they did not respond to [redacted] I did not use foul language with any of them Also, I spoke with multiple people, as previously stated, about removing more flooring They refused to contact me after I found more mold Sincerely, [redacted]

Client has already cancelled payment from her credit cardNo payments for our services rendered has been madeProject X will proceed with collection efforts according to *** state law
The black discoloration that was ***ed after our mitigation was completed by Project XThe project
manager actually brought the additional damage to the homeowners attention and asked if we can remove more flooring materialsThe homeowner refused because the flooring ran throughout the entire level of the home and there was no guarantee to match itProject X was informed that no air testing was to be performed although recommend by Project X originallyAfter the mold containment was removed, the homeowner ended up doing a mold testmold protocol includes leaving the containment in place until testing is complete.The samples came back but with higher concentration than homeowner would likeThe levels of mold spores can change from minute to minute and especially day to dayEven though Project X didn't have to return based on our contract and limited scope of work provided, we still returned to the to perform an additional cleaning and air scrubbing at no additional charge.Project X Restoration has gone above and beyond to accommodate the homeowners needs and concernsAt this point there is no communication between both parties due the foul language and hostility from homeownerProject X always makes a sincere effort to resolve any concerns within reason to bo

Also,  I spoke with multiple people,  as previously stated,  about removing more flooring.  They refused to contact me after I found more mold.
