To whom it may concern,The company has acknowledged the customer's situation and has in good faith refunded the past 30 days of service in the amount of $200USD, even though the Terms clearly state a No Refund policy. In addition the company has extended an offer to apply the current payment towards future prepaid service on a lower edition for the customer.The 5 days to go email reminder - which is sent as a courtesy to customers - was sent on May 11, 2016 at 2:30am server time. A screenshot has been attached showing the system time stamp from this email leaving our system to the customer. The reminder is sent as a courtesy only and has no binding impact on our Terms of usage if received or not received, as the company has no control over the diligence of the customer to check their email inbox/spam/junk mail folders. In addition, it clearly states on the sign up page the trial will become active after 30 days time. Regardless of usage, the account features specific to the Edition chosen (Team) were made available to the customer along with 10 licenses, and the customer was billed accordingly. In addition it is common for customers to sign up for a specific Edition solely for the features provided in the selected edition and not fully utilize all licenses provided. Note that, as sufficient reason has been documented as to the company's course of action, no further replies will be made. Thank you for your understanding.

I am rejecting this response because: According to my notes, I contacted ProjectManager.com on June 13th to cancel my subscription. I called and confirmed my cancellation the same day.
