Projector Lamps World would like to extend our sincerest apologies for all the inconvenience caused to **. [redacted]. We received his Revdex.com complaint and from the moment we received the notification, we immediately reviewed the case and checked on the status of his order. We want to apologize if we failed to send the customer a link to track his package. However, [redacted]'s order was shipped out via USPS with tracking number [redacted]. As per tracking, package was delivered to the customer on [redacted] which is still within the 5-business days time frame as what we promise. In fact, there was a  delivery attempted on [redacted] but Business was closed. 
At this point, if **. [redacted] does not want to keep the lamp we sent him, we will assist him on how to return the lamp for a full refund. But hopefully, we hope he will decide to keep it.
