[redacted] ordered a projector screen and mount, I have ordered it from the factories and have not received tracking yet or I would send it to him I shipped this to him without even being paid His credit card did not go through, I can't believe he filed a complaintOnce I have tracking he will receive it It should all be delivered this coming week and on Monday I will get the tracking info he needs

[redacted] in my return policy and verbal I will refund the customer in full if they have less than hours on the unit As you can see he used it for hours in his letter I can’t even sell this with hours on it Also restocking is 20% based on how he used it 99% of companies in our industry won’t even take a return when it is used with this many hours How am I supposed to know if he got it for a meeting used it and then decided to send it back and wants a full credit I have sold over clients and have had only returns and none with hours making it a USED machine I did send money back based on my companies return policy

Projectors are warrantied for a full years. I am only the company who sells the
equipment I do not service or replace. I did get them a new lamp when theirs went out. I also sent them the Hitachi Service # which is HITACHI. They can still get the unit fixed or replaced. Hitachi is the Manufacturer and they have until September of to get a new unit sent to them. Hitachi will not allow me to send them any equipment they need to get a Case # established and only the end user can get that not ProjectorTeam

*** here is his Fed Ex Tracking number. I have no control over the company getting this to me and as of yet I have not received payment via the check he said was sent

Sent customer a return label paid for by me. He returned the projector and I credited him the amount less 15% restocking charge. Projectors returned in original packaging and also with less than hour
on the lamp get a full refundHe had and a half hours on the lamp on the counter

I was writing this letter to say projector team has sent everything, and why I write a complaint was I did not know they were out of California and it takes longer to receive packages from there to ***The number of the complaint is I believe CID *** my name is *** *** from *** *** and if I could I would like to cancel the complaint if I could because I made a mistake and I should have waited as the company told me if you need more information please feel free to call me at *** *** or e-mail me at *** thank you for your time

The screen did not ship because the MFG told us they can't drop ship there with out a sales tax certificate.  I have refunded the end user with the full amount of the dispute with Check # 1785 mailed on 8/29/2017

Let me be clear. I asked for a model that is wireless. I was

Bad Experience with ProjectorTeam Inc. of Huntington Beach, California

In September our Massachusetts church ordered and paid for a digital projector and case from ProjectorTeam Inc. of Huntington Beach, California. After several contacts and reminders, the projector finally arrived about three weeks later. There was no further word on the case.

After a number of subsequent reminders, the dealer finally responded on December 11 that he was in possession of the case [he had to order it] and that he would call us by telephone in a few days and send it to us. In fact, that was the last we heard from this dealer. Despite subsequent attempts to contact him, as of this date [January 26, 2018] four months [!] after that case was purchased, we still have NOT received that projector case that our church paid for in September, nor have we heard from that dealer or received a refund.

At this point, no more excuses from this dealership will resolve this issue.

Making a purchase from ProjectorTeam Inc. was an aggravating experience. Such unprofessional behavior and our church has been taken advantage of. It is sad to think that this dealership appears to focus on making sales to religious institutions.

Review: We ordered an LCD projector, HDMI cable, wireless card and carrying case on 8/2/13. We received the projector in a timely fashion, but the remainder of the items have not been received. We were told via email that they had been shipped separately and that tracking information would follow. Tracking information was not provided and no shipment has been received. Additionally, our credit card was charged an additional $99.00 for the wireless card. The company has been contacted multiple times in the past month, by email and by phone message. We have not received any response by either method.
