On 6/19/I brought my girlfriends vehicle to check the brake system for possible service After looking at vehicle they said I needed to replace all brake pads, rotors, and flush brake system and gave an estimate of $ Mind you vehicle is years old with 24,milesSales Associate *** ** Technician *** ** Manager *** ***
I took vehicle to Midas around corner for a second opinion and price Midas technician was very nice and said NOTHING needed to be replaced or changed Vehicle was very new and brake system was in excellent shape
So Allied was trying to charge me for unneeded service
We recently had a carport installed, which we were extremely pleased with However, the treatment that we received as far as customer service was absolutely unnecessary We were initially told the carport would be installed in weeks, but it was completed for 1/months When we called the office, our calls were not returned and when we did talk to an employee I feel we were blatantly lied We were told by several employes that our materials were on the lot, and then they were not, but the workers who did install the carport informed us that they had picked up the materials in Nashville on the way to our house that morning The carport is wonderful; however it would have been nice to deal with an HONEST company!!
DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very upset w/this co !!! They run a TV ad in on my local TV an we call to get a quote on some work, they take my info an give us a appointment only to NO SHOW - NO CALL ! When I called at 2pm of the app time they say "oh Yeagh our driver said this morning he can't get supplies to our location "
They "thought" he was going to get ahold of meThe day I madeThe app they researched my address an there was no problem where we livedI took off work today, lost over $cause of this app, the least they could have done was make sure someone told me they weren't coming at least the day before so I didn't lose money ?!!! Very unprofessional !
Merrell Home Improvements in Clarkesville, TN...great salespeople, administration and high-quality and experienced installers. We had a screen porch enclosed with windows, door and framing. The cost was reasonable and the job was started when they said it would. Our installer was a perfectionist, and well-experienced. After completion, he thoroughly cleaned the porch and left no debris behind. Excellent people to work with, and we will definitely use them again if the need arises, and also will recommend them to others.
We were very pleased with Merrell Home Improvement. The initial visit from Mr. Hearn is what won me over. He was friendly, down to earth, and genuine. The windows are high quality and the gentleman that installed was professional and very detailed. I will have them back for my next project.
