we are doing the store closing sale because we lost our leasewe have been this location since we are authorized the Nike and Timberland dealer*** bought the women's air max zen premium(item# ***)Next day, she came back to claim that the sneaker is fake without any base
we explained and Googled the item number to show her that it is genuineshe didn't believe it and requested to change with air max However, she was wearing the sneaker in outsidewe do not exchange the worn sneakerwe wish that she believe our statement to find her peace of mindPlease let us know if any remedy for easy this situation

The store owner mentioned that the sneaker is authentic but when I contacted the official [redacted] the label must includes the website. However, she was wearing the sneaker in outside. we do not exchange the worn sneaker. we wish that she believe our statement to find her peace of mind.
