Hello Revdex.com of Greater Kansas City, This message is in reference to my complaint #*** concerning Prolific Marketing Services. Before I knew that you had sent this message, I decided this morning to try once more to contact Prolific Marketing Services to hopefullyresolve this complaint. Fortunately, I did contact Mr*** *** of PMS, and I told him about my concerns about their latestbilling for $being due by 1/1/After some discussion, I agreed to pay the $in full, if these magazines wouldnot be automatically renewed. He agreed, and I was given a confirmation # ***. He then informed me that I would be gettinga second billing for $soon that was outstanding, for a 2nd account with them. I agreed to pay the $in full, if thesemagazines would not be automatically renewedHe agreed, and said I may still get a few issues on this account, but there would beno further new magazinesThe confirmation # *** is for the amount of $I received the 2nd billing for $today,12/18/15. I paid both these amounts by Discover card ending in 1705,and it was processed successfully 12/18/15.I was assured, and I feel confident, that I will not receive anymore billings from Prolific Marketing Services as of today, 12/18/15.On this basis, I now respectfully request that this complaint#*** be considered resolved and closed. Note: I learned inmy discussion with Prolific Marketing Services that they merged with Phoenix Marketing Services, phone ####-###-####, and arelocated at the *** *** *** Saint Joseph, MO *** address.
