Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]They did come out and get the unit working again, and they brought a rental unit in case they couldn't fix the issueWe never received a response listing what they worked on, and what the root cause of the problem wasThey also responded slowly to our break down, and it took them approximately week to resolve the issueWe are still very concerned about the unit because it has broken down times, and each time it has been several days, to weeks for the unit to get fixedThe unit only has hours on it in a years time, and it's supposed to be designed for hours annually in the contractWe are not sure how long the unit will run until it breaks down again, and we've received no follfrom the sales representativesWe also have a preventative maintenance agreement with the supplier, and they haven't performed pm over the last year The unit has broken down on the following dates: 9/4/2015, 10/19/2015, 11/11/2015, and 3/15/We expect more from a $26,unit Regards, [redacted]

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]They did come out and get the unit working again, and they brought a rental unit in case they couldn't fix the issue. We never received a response listing what they worked on, and what the root cause of the problem was. They also responded slowly to our break down, and it took them approximately 1 week to resolve the issue. We are still very concerned about the unit because it has broken down 4 times, and each time it has been several days, to weeks for the unit to get fixed. The unit only has 65 hours on it in a years time, and it's supposed to be designed for 800 hours annually in the contract. We are not sure how long the unit will run until it breaks down again, and we've received no follow-up from the sales representatives. We also have a preventative maintenance agreement with the supplier, and they haven't performed 1 pm over the last year.
The unit has broken down on the following dates: 9/4/2015, 10/19/2015, 11/11/2015, and 3/15/2016. We expect more from a $26,000 unit.
