The unit only has 65 hours on it in a years time, and it's supposed to be designed for 800 hours annually in the contract. We are not sure how long the unit will run until it breaks down again, and we've received no follow-up from the sales representatives. We also have a preventative maintenance agreement with the supplier, and they haven't performed 1 pm over the last year.
The unit has broken down on the following dates: 9/4/2015, 10/19/2015, 11/11/2015, and 3/15/2016. We expect more from a $26,000 unit.
