These guys came out to my house to strengthen the joists under my house The floor was mushy in some places, so they had to run additional joists under my house They were always on time, clean, polite and professional This was a particularly unpleasant job, but they were always good-natured and pleasant about it Although the house is over years old, the problem was pretty much solved I would recommend them for any construction job you need done I know they built my next door neighbors house from nothing after a fire and they were very pleased with the work
We worked with Proline to deal with a roof collapse due to improper drainage They were very responsive after the first dispatched team attempted to staple plastic sheets to prevent damage Proline built a temporary structure that helped preserve what was left in a timely manner and was available for our critical and "comfort" questions
We contracted with Proline to perform the repairs to the room Due to the age and the conditions of the room, this required a removal of the base and structure Proline explained the work to be done, provided estimates, worked with the insurance company and the city to complete the work in the appropriate manner with the appropriate permits and inspections
The completed work was as promised The completed room has a good appearance with very good attention to details Corners are sharp, seams clean and structure is sound
Proline was not the "cheapest" nor the "fastest" contractor But everything was done "right" in a timely manner - and that is worth a premium
I have nothing but positive things to say about Proline and *** As often happens in his line of business we met when things went wrong - a pinhole leak in a pipe above our Kitchen ceiling had flooded the ceiling space and got behind kitchen cupboards etc our insurers recommended *** and I could not have been happier He was meticulous, pleasant and clearly cared about ensuring the best outcome and that we knew what to expect He took care when setting equipment up and when he left you would never bell to see where he had been - the cleanup was great All round a great experience
I highly recommend Proline General Building contractorsWe suffered a water leak in a second floor bathroom, which spread to the first floor*** inspected everything personally and his crew was professional, curtious, and explained every step along the wayThe quality of their work was second to noneProline worked hand in hand with our insurance company, and ensured the job was completed in a timely fashion
*** and *** were a great pair to handle this jobThey were caring and made sure that all was done perfectly
I was impressed that *** had a carpet man come with varied carpet and tile pieces so that I did not have to go out and seek the carpet and tile
The holes that were needed to be made were repaired well Can't tell where they were made.f
Did a beautiful job on our master bath.They kept the work space contained and clean

Remodeling is a messy business with the occasional unexpected problem, but [redacted] goes out of his way to ensure dust and disruption is kept to a minimum and quickly responds to and resolves any issues that arise. I look forward to having Proline complete our next project!
