Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: The job is not compete. The siding was
finally done on Saturday, 11/14. The awning needs to be installed, the screens have not been repaired and replaced, the grill cover has not been replaced, there has been no communication or apology from the owner and no discussion about the adjustment to our bill. Because they did not complete the job on 11/11, the storm came that night and siding was ripped from the back or our house and was sailing through the neighborhood. The awning is a concern now as it is in the grass and we are not sure of its condition. The request made at the signing of the contract was that the awning would be up and in the same condition as it was before it was removedWe had recorded its operation with the project manager prior to removal. We have also discovered that there is a piece broke from the awning. So no, we are not happy and the job is not complete. Can't believe that they would even think that we are happy. Thank you
Sincerely,
Gl ***

I am rejecting this response because: We are getting close to completion. We never said that we are happy.  The awning has finally been reinstalled by a third party that we put in touch with ProLine.  We are waiting for the patio door and window screens. Also we are waiting for an adjusted final invoice with a statement that there are no liens against this property.    We did receive an apology when the owner came by last week to pick up the screens.  Unfortunately he did not take ownership for the lack of communication from his office but we did get the apology.
Sincerely,
Gl [redacted]

Have spoke to the customer the project is all complete the customer is completely happy and we are all done there was a little miscommunication between the scheduling but it is all taken care of

We had a little hard time getting a hold of the homeowner during scheduling everything is complete customer sounds to be very happy of the craftsmanship working on final invoicing will be resolved by the end of the business day

We contracted Proline Roofing to replace our flat roof portion of our home in September of 2011 in which they completed the job. We then had to call them back and repair the roof only 6 months later due to a leak. It took us calling several times per day over a two week period to get someone to come out. Since then we have called several times over the last 2 months and no return phone call. This morning at 4am my bedroom ceiling collapsed due to the leak in the roof. I have called and left messages threatening to file a lawsuit and contacting you as well as the attorney general and still have receive no call. I have pictures of the ceiling and if I don't get a response by the end of business today I will be filing a suit in court. Unfortunately at this point the water has damaged my printer and computer as well as my wall, and wood filing cabinet. I pray my documents are not damaged also.Desired SettlementRefund, Repair, and for Revdex.com information. Dates used are approximate, but I have my documentation filed at home, if not ruined by water damage.

Signed contract indicated a six (6) year guarantee on work completed. Contract signed on February 23, 2013. Final payment made on 3/23/13 when work was completed. Work to be completed was to clean the entire roof of all dirt and debris, repair all cracks cuts and holes in existing roof with rubberized materials. Re seal around pipes and roof equipment and flashing walls with rubberized materials and to replace any missing metal with new aluminum flashing. Entire roof was to be coated with a rubberized roof coating which was supposed to completely seal and waterproof the entire roof surface and provided a rubberized shield against leakage. Installation was to include a new APP160 rubber membrane over the entire storage room roof to be heat applied. Contract indicates that if a leak should occur they will return with in five (5) days of notice to complete repairs. Contractor came back to re-repair the roof at the end of March. However the roof continues to leak - several attempts have been made to contact the contractor to have them come and fix the "guaranteed" work. Contractor is unresponsive to fix leakage.Product_Or_Service: Roof RepairAccount_Number: [redacted] DL#Desired SettlementSatisfactory completion of ALL contracted work is requested, as well as repairs to interior ceiling and/or walls due to the roof leakage at no extra charge which is inclusive of painting and/or tile/sheetrock replacement as well as any mold/water damage. Upon completion - work to continue to be guaranteed for up to six (6) years of ACTUAL completion date.Consumer's Final Response We have recently rented out a company "Proline Roofing" in West Springfield MA XXXXX, they are located on [redacted] street. They came to my restaurant to fix my roof and they did a horrible job the roof is leaking and they give me a warranty if anything goes wrong for me to call them. I keep on calling them and they wont even get in contact with me, so a few days ago I decided to go and see them were they are located, when I got to [redacted] riverdale street in west springfield I went inside and the lady working there told me this is no 'proline roofing' company, this is a ups store. After I payed them so much money I got very upset, I payed 3,400.00 when I found out that it was a ups store, and decided to go down to the police station and tell them what happened. The guy that cashed the check that I wrote out to him is [redacted], he is [redacted]. They told me they cant help me because this is no criminal, I don't understand how this is not a criminal problem they took some random address that in this case it was a ups store, and they have a fake company there ripping people off by doing a horrible job and taking there money. On the warranty it says [redacted] of Proline roofing Company, we tired to look him up to see if we can get in contact with him but it turns out there is no such person of that name. Please help me I payed a lot of money for this roofing company and all I got is a leak in the roof and now I cant even find them, I am [redacted] I own a restaurant named [redacted]'s Diner and Deli Shoppe in Indian Orchard MA XXXXX on [redacted], if you need to know any more information please give me a call my number is (XXX) XXX-XXXX.
