On [redacted] a had a appointment with pro line to install a Ignition Interlock Device (IID) in my vehicle ( [redacted] ) Toyota corolla.I was told that the installation was a free service from smart start.This is the company who makes the appointment for proline Car was pulled into service area neither of us was told of any different of prices at this time of installation of the device[redacted] comes to me and says that they are charging a seven dollar insurance fee for device.which pro-line stated that it could Not be paid in cashDebit or credit card.I gave them my MCU card to help him out with the $all goodproline never handed me my card back I was asking them where is my card then they hand me another receipt where proline swipe my card for eighty two seventy-nine with out my approval.I then proceeded to question this proline reason for this was that my security system was off market and this was the reason for additional fees proline neglected to

brief note the car show special was for tint on a car for $49.00 @ 70% shade which is NYS LEGAL LIMIT to apply on car.. Customers have a choice to upgrade to any shade for a additional charge if they feel that 70% is too light of a shade the cost would normally be $149.99 to do so on august [redacted] we discounted that price for any shade to $99.00 . [redacted] agreed and paid for 3 cars 1 of which belong to [redacted] who is the complainant we have told [redacted] if his friend would like a refund for the car tint of $99.00 we can do so . Review: I went to purchase a pioneer radio from proline. After telling the sales man what kind of features I wanted in my radio , he provided me with a pioneer 4000nex. After installation was compelted one of the features which is screen mirroring is not working, they told me to Come back the next day to fix it. I went back a few days later and they told me they have to order a different wire to fix the issue and it will arrive next week. I called every week for the past 2 months and they keep telling me it didn't arrive yet. Finally I went there and they said they can't get the wire and they would just exchange the radio for a new model but I'll have to pay $250 . now why I'm I paying to fix an issue that they couldn't fix? they sold me a radio and couldn't install it correctly so now I have to pay more because they can't fix it? This is unacceptableDesired Settlement: I would like to have The radio exchanged at no cost since they can't fix the issue I'm having
