ProLine Tools, L.L.C.

Review: Pruchased an item from Proline Tools, was sent to our company faulty, was returned, and we have not received refund nor a response from Proline Tools.

We purchased Item # CO-3300-RC on order [redacted] on March 18, 2013 and it paid INV# [redacted] in full for the amount of $1,788.97 on April 12, 2013 via a company check. Our sales rep was [redacted].

This item had to be returned four times, and was paid on our account the 4th and final time; total shipping charges amounted to $35.73. The issue with the item was never resolved, and continued to be sent back to us faulty.

The fourth and final time this item was returned on August 7, 2013. We have tried to contact Proline Tools numerous times, leaving several voice messages since that date in attempt to seek a refund to no avail. We have not once received a response, either through email or telephone.Desired Settlement: We are seeking a full refund in the amount of $1,788.97 for the original invoice amount that was paid plus $35.73 for the shipping charges to return this item for the final time. Total amount we are seeking is $1,824.70.
