The Cadillac had mechanical issues already before Evan loading the car on our truck our driver had to start the car with a battery charger five times before loading it and there was a letter on the dash board the said "the car has mechanical problems don't start the car " when we called the customer asking about this letter he said don't worry the car was just sitting in a shop for yearswhen the truck stated to do deliveries in New York we had to unload cars that where loaded before the Cadillac when the car was unloaded we were unable to put it back to the truck so there for we contacted Michael and explained the situation and asked him to hire a tow truck to take it to his destination because our trucks don't have the right equipment for inoperable cars we asked him to pay the cost of the shipping to New York which was only $as a transport company we are not responsible for any mechanical problemsMichael did do a claim with our insurance company which wa deniedThere fore we had to proceed with legal actions against Michael and put a lean on the vehicle which is no longer under the owner ship of Michael we have all the documentation to prove itFor none payment for the cost of shipping and towing expenses and storage fees which all combined are more than $

The response from Bright Auto demonstrates the issue I have with them The fact that the car was delivered early has nothing to do with the cars emergency brake not functioning Bright auto's driver reviewed the outside body of the vehicle and nothing else He did not ensure the brake or anything else was in the same working condition as picked up He needs to be held accountable for delivery a car in the same condition he received it That is the issue, and in this case my car was not delivered in the same condition because the emergency brake was not and still is not in working condition Israel conveniently wants to point to body damage, the inspection, and other reasons he has thrown at me to get him out of paying for the repairIsrael doesn't want to own up, (As his employees have), that the brake was pulled to violently by his driver rendering the brake unusable Please hold Israel to the one factThe car was not delivered in the same working condition Period He has insurance, and needs to be responsible and accountable.

We are an open car carrier and are not reliable for any dirt on the vehicle once it's being transported that's why there are enclosed trailer to transport cars to assure no dirt on the car the customer knew it was an open trailer that's what he had on contract with his broker and regarding the miles the customer made a complain regarding it hours after receiving the vehiclewhich we are no longer liable for the vehicle once and was not presented any proof of mileage We believe the customer is upset on the fact that the car arrived dirty and trying to accuse us on other issues

As open car carrier transport while cars are in transport dirt on the vehicles will occur and cannot be avoided as its an open car carrier that's why there are inclosed car carriers where cars don't get dirty but of course for a higher price for transportation we didn't not drive the customers...

asking about this letter he said don't worry the car was just sitting in a shop for 2 years. when the truck stated to do deliveries in New York we had to unload cars that where loaded before the Cadillac when the car was unloaded we were unable to put it back to the truck so there for we contacted Michael and explained the situation and asked him to hire a tow truck to take it to his destination because our trucks don't have the right equipment for inoperable cars we asked him to pay the cost of the shipping to New York which was only $425 as a transport company we are not responsible for any mechanical problems. Michael did do a claim with our insurance company which wa denied. For none payment for the cost of shipping and towing expenses and storage fees which all combined are more than $5000.

Car was PU in New York as the driver and the client did very careful inspection which had many scratches and dents prior us transporting the vehicle. at Florida where the car was delivered the wife who was at the PU location when the car got picked up had gone over the car and inspected the...

vehicle and saw no damages to vehicle and signed the bill of lading as we have the signatures on both PU and delivery on bill of lading.as a car transport after the car is inspected and signed for it we are no longer liable for the vehicle. We have attached the bill of lading as proof that the customer received the car with no extra damages and reliving us for any liability to the car
