Prologistix/Personnel One

On April 18 2014 I went to a 'group interview' at ProLogistix in Reno, NV. I passed their 2 tests with flying colors. We were then given an on-the-spot drug test where I tested positive for opiates. The receptionist told me that I would then have to pay $40.50 and take the same drug test at [redacted] where if I brought my prescription I would be given a 'negative' test status. Then with my [redacted] receipt I could return and be refunded my $40.50 by ProLogistix on the spot. But at [redacted] I was told that some medical investigator would call me within the following week and they did not even look at my prescription. When I did not hear from [redacted] or ProLogistix I called both and left a message for [redacted] and again spoke to the receptionist at ProLogistix who told me I only needed to bring in my receipt from [redacted] which I did on 28 April. It then ensued that the receptionist insisted I was incorrect about the refund and that I would only be repaid the $40 when I was paid. As I had not been hired and as when I sat down with [redacted] of Personnel One who has an office at ProLogistix it did not seem likely that they would place me in a job, [redacted] gave me a card and told me the $40 would be refunded on the card within 2 weeks. That would have been May 12. I actually didn't check till the 15th when again there was no balance on the card. I called [redacted] and even mentioned that I knew their payroll was done on Friday's and so I was giving them an extra day. But [redacted] called me back and said it would be done on Monday the 19th. I did not check it until this morning the 20th of May and again the balance was zero. [redacted] called me back and said because payroll is done on Friday I was told by her that that's when I would receive the $40.50, and I called her a liar, because this runaround has gone on long enough and I would not be mistaken about what I was told as I've been very patient about this whole fiasco. I know [redacted] is doing me a favor by refunding the $40.50.Product_Or_Service: drug testDesired SettlementI want $40.50 refunded as promised originally. I was given a pay card by [redacted] and also was sent one with my name on it. They could have just sent me a check!!!! (I wrote down the dates on my calendar at home, if there is a problem with remembering the correct dates as I am doing this on a public computer I will agree that the discrepancy is because I have not been able to check the dates I wrote down.
