This woman came in with her boyfriend. Her boyfriend sat next to her while she got her $14 fill. When she came in, her nails already had the gel polish on top. We needed to take off the gel first before we could fill. To remove the gel costs $5. After this, she did not want the gel anymore,...

just the regular polish. She only wanted polish for the tips, not the whole nail. He did this for her. He polished one finger to make sure she liked it, so he could easily remove it, or paint the other 9 fingers. When he was finished, her boyfriend said he didn't think it looked good. We did the girl's nails, not any work for him. He changed her mind and she decided she didn't like it. The man who did her nails started to get mad. The polish costs an extra $5. It should have cost $24 total, but they were only charged $17. She kept changing her mind, which we cannot do. She got a discount in the first place, and since she changed her mind twice, this took over an hour, so there's nothing else we can do.
